What is a zine?
A zine is a compilation of fanworks - including but not limited to art and fic.Who can apply?
Anyone who will be 18 or over by the application date of February 6th, 2022. All kinds of creators are welcome!What are the guidelines for applications?
Guidelines are provided for both authors and artists here!Will this zine be monetized? Where will the profits go?
The zine will be monetized to cover the cost of production. If there is any profit left over, it will be donated to a charity, to be decided should that happen!How will contributors be compensated?
All contributors will be guaranteed a digital version of the zine, with any digital merchandise. Our goal is to be able to send every contributor a complete full bundle, including a physical zine and all merchandise, if sales allow.What is the theme?
Per our interest check, we've decided to go with a general theme!Will this zine include spoilers?
Yes, this zine will be allowed to include spoilers.**Will shipping be allowed? **
Yes! We will be allowing shipping. However, general/platonic/familial relationships are just as welcome!Is this project SFW?
The main Zine will be SFW content only - anyone purchasing the Zine (or being provided it, i.e. our creators) will have the option to select a digital NSFW add-on.What is a pinch hitter?
A pinch hitter is a creator, either an artist or an author, who acts as a backup in case one of our chosen creators has to drop out. To be a pinch hitter, you'll need to be ready to create a piece sometimes within a very short time constraint to make sure to meet existing deadlines.
General Application Guidelines
► Please make sure that any links provided (Google docs, portfolio, etc.) are accessible to the mods - ensure that permissions are granted, as we can't approve an application if we can't see your works!► Please also double check all submitted links and content to make sure that they're correct and complete.► If for some reason something is submitted in error or is incomplete, please reach out to the Mod team either via Twitter or by email at the links below as soon as possible.► Samples do not have to be from Triangle Strategy - any fandoms or original works are just as welcome!► NSFW or gory content can be submitted for consideration - however, please label appropriately and if possible, have these works separated.
Artist Guidelines & Application
► Please provide at least 3-5 completed pieces for consideration
► Portfolios may be provided from any source, as long as they are accessible and not behind a paywall
► If submitting a social media link as your portfolio, please ensure that your works are easy to find
► If you've indicated that you're interested in creating merch and have previous experience, please also include examples of merch you've createdIf you agree to these guidelines, please apply here!
Author Guidelines & Application
► Please provide a single link to a Google Doc (or similar) containing your samples
► A link to AO3 is also acceptable, but please make sure to indicate which pieces you would like us to review
► Please submit 2 to 3 pieces, totaling at least 3000 words for prose (excerpts welcome!), or 2 to 3 complete pieces of poetryIf you agree to these guidelines, please apply here!
